About the role
Responsible for and manage and take charge of all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface civil/structural, architectural and E&M installation, utility diversions. Lead meetings and coordination with SWC contractors. Managing interfaces for the design and construction of tunneling project.
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface civil/structural, architectural and E&M installation, utility diversions
Coordinate with the relevant authorities for design approval and work permission
Lead meetings and coordination with SWC contractors
Manage interfaces for the design and construction of tunneling project
About you
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognized Engineering Degree, and or related Civil Engineering degree discipline
At least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects; having full understanding of the design and approval process as well as TFP/TOP process
Able to work 5.5 days work week
