The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Facade Foreman to join the team on a landmark $150M northern Gold Coast development.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the façade packages, including cladding, glazing and balustrades, working alongside an experienced Structures Foreman and wider site team to deliver the project through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing builder from the beginning, with a strong pipeline of work already secured.

The Company
Our client is the construction arm of a well-established national developer specialising in large-scale integrated multi-res communities.
Their in-house build division has been launched to deliver these projects directly – ensuring quality, consistency, and long-term pipeline security.
They have an exceptionally strong decade ahead, with multiple major projects in planning and a fully built-out delivery team already taking shape.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the façade trades onsite
• Overseeing cladding, glazing and balustrade packages
• Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities
• Driving safety, quality and programme
• Working closely with the Site Manager and wider site team

What You Bring

• Foreman experience on multi-storey residential projects
• Strong façade package experience
• Tier 1 experience preferred but not needed
