Duration: 6 months

Location: Maxwell

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

Edit and clean approved building and floor plans in various formats, including 2D CAD and 3D BIM

Ensure all CAD/BIM data is accurately documented, organised, and maintained in a structured manner

Interpret and validate building and floor plans to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Track and support the progress of data digitalisation to ensure timely delivery of datasets

Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet project timelines

Requirements:

Diploma or relevant educational background in Architecture, Built Environment, or related fields; or equivalent hands-on drafting experience

Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD

Experience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit) is an added advantage

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs and ensure data accuracy

Good teamwork and communication skills
