Scouts WA is seeking an organised and creative Brand and Communications Officer to support the delivery of our brand and communications activities across the organisation.

Working as part of our Head Office team, you will provide administrative and communications support by coordinating newsletters, social media, website content, publications and promotional materials. You will also assist with maintaining communication channels, preparing digital and printed resources, coordinating approvals, supporting organisational publications and ensuring communications align with Scouts WA's brand standards.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant | Office Manager, you will work closely with the Assistant Chief Commissioner Marketing and Communications, staff and volunteers to support communication activities that engage members, volunteers and the wider community.

About You

You are an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in communications, administration or a similar role. You enjoy working collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.

You will ideally have experience with:

Website content management systems (such as WordPress).

Social media scheduling and digital communication platforms.

Microsoft 365, Canva and other communications tools.

Preparing newsletters, publications and promotional materials.

Working within brand guidelines and maintaining high attention to detail.
