Senior Electrical Engineer / Engineering Manager
Core Talent are partnering with a well-established electrical contractor delivering commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer or Engineering Manager to support the technical and project delivery aspects of major electrical projects.
This role will suit someone with strong electrical design and construction experience who can oversee projects from scope and design coordination through to construction, commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of electrical systems including lighting, power and distribution systems
• Manage technical delivery from design through to construction and commissioning
• Review electrical designs, workshop drawings and technical documentation
• Provide technical support to project managers, site teams and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections and assist with resolving technical and construction issues
• Support commissioning, QA/QC, engineering change management and project variations
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC requirements and HSEQ procedures
• Participate in client, stakeholder and design coordination meetings

About You

• Experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer or Engineering Manager within commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of electrical design, construction and project delivery
• Experience across commissioning, technical delivery and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC requirements
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Degree or Diploma qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
