Job Responsibilities:

Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and implementation of freight management and logistics technology solutions.

Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

Work closely with Freight Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, and IT teams to improve business processes through digital solutions.

Lead system enhancement projects involving Freight Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), customer portals, and logistics platforms.

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI, workflow automation, and emerging technologies.

Design and develop dashboards and reports to provide operational insights and support data-driven decision making.

Manage system integrations with ERP platforms, APIs, customs systems, and third-party logistics providers.

Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and continuously improve system reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate vendors, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Support system implementation, user training, change management, and post-go-live enhancements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, Digital Transformation, or IT Project Management.

Experience supporting logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse management systems is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of business process analysis, system implementation, and product lifecycle management.

Experience working with APIs, system integrations, ERP platforms, or cloud-based business applications.

Proficient in SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or equivalent.

Familiarity with AI solutions, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives will be an advantage.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with software development teams is preferred.

PMP, Scrum, Product Management, or Supply Chain certifications will be an added advantage.
