We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech company looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own their D2C growth strategy across paid media, SEO, CRO and channel optimisation.

In this role, you’ll:

• Plan, buy and optimise campaigns across search, social, YouTube and display
• Lead CRO experimentation and optimise conversion funnels (including Instant Quote flows)
• Own technical SEO and website performance metrics
• Forecast and report on channel performance, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates
• Manage agency partners, budgets, and performance targets
• Oversee and optimise the brand’s Webflow and Shopify stores

We’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns and driving D2C growth
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRO and attribution
• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Shopify, Webflow, and modern martech stacks
• A test-and-learn approach with the ability to forecast and report confidently
• Previous experience working in a startup/high performing/fast paced environment
