About the Opportunity
In this rewarding role, you'll build strong partnerships, deliver community-focused initiatives, support meaningful community engagement and empower people to have a voice in local decisions. Together with community and organisational partners, you'll help create a vibrant, inclusive and connected community where everyone can thrive.

What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Social Work, Social Planning, or a related field, with relevant experience; or lesser formal qualifications with extensive equivalent experience. Extensive experience in facilitating community and stakeholder-based activities and projects.

Hold a current satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain prior to employment.

Current Drivers Licence.

Salary and conditions

The position is classified within Band 6 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement commencing at $96,410 plus statutory superannuation.
