We are seeking a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team on a full-time basis, reporting to the Reservations & Distribution Manager. This position is being offered as a maternity leave cover.

Responsibilities:
Process reservations and inquiries from all booking channels
Carry out pre-arrival checks to ensure guest history is linked and relevant booking information is updated
Develop rapport with regular clients and booking agents
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure every guest has a smooth arrival experience
Ideally you will have:
Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Opera PMS system (essential)
Knowledge of Opera Cloud system is preferred (training provided)
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
Excellent time management skills
Previous Reservations experience in either Hospitality or Tourism will be advantageous
Availability to work on Saturdays as this is a 7-day rotating roster
