Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyse sales and marketing datasets to support business strategies and market expansion.

Create insightful reports and dashboards using data visualisation tools to monitor sales performance and trends.

Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing initiatives.

Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, lead generation, and sales enablement programmes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sales priorities and improve marketing effectiveness.

Identify opportunities to optimise processes and propose data-driven improvements to business performance.

Guide and support marketing initiatives to achieve measurable growth objectives.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of business data and reporting.

Participate in continuous process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

Work independently while collaborating effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or other related disciplines.

Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, marketing, or business performance analysis.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Experience in building dashboards, reports, and analysing business data.

Knowledge of Power Automate will be an added advantage.

Proven experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation activities.

Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, influence business decisions, and lead projects independently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
