About the role

This is a casual position with a few shifts available, primarily on weekdays and Saturdays, with the possibility of increasing hours over time. Shifts commence in September. You'll be involved in all aspects of the shop, including helping customers choose wines and beers, making confident wine and beer recommendations, serving customers and processing sales, learning about new wines, producers, regions and beers, restocking and merchandising, receiving deliveries, packing online orders, assisting customers with online orders, answering phone enquiries, maintaining the shop and keeping everything looking great, and assisting with tastings and events. It can get busy and occasionally stressful, particularly during peak periods, so being able to stay calm, work as part of a team and keep a good attitude is important.

Must be 18+

Current RSA

Previous retail, hospitality or wine/beer experience preferred

A driver's licence is preferred

You'll be working with a small and friendly team in a non-corporate environment, surrounded by thousands of wines and craft beers.
