We're looking for a creative force to help us tell that story. Someone fresh, switched-on and ready to make noise across social media in a market that deserves more than cookie-cutter content.
What You'll Be Doing
Bringing both brands to life across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn with content that actually stops the scroll. Day to day, that looks like:
◆ Creating and editing short-form video, reels, and static content that captures the energy of Darwin real estate and finance
◆ Writing captions and hooks that sound like a real person, not a press release
◆ Shooting behind-the-scenes moments, property stories, team highlights, and community content
◆ Managing posting schedules and keeping both brands active and consistent
◆ Track what's working, adapt quickly, and regularly bring fresh ideas to the table.
About You
We're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for fresh thinking, genuine creative instincts and someone who knows how to execute. If you've recently finished studying or are still working your way through a course in marketing, media, communications, or a related field, we want to hear from you.
◆ Comfortable picking up a phone and filming
◆ Know your way around CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
◆ Strong instincts for pacing, hooks and visual storytelling
◆ Organised enough to handle multiple platforms and a daily posting rhythm
◆ Someone who thrives on variety and gets excited when no two days look the same
