You'll be supported by a long-established hygiene department, dentists for 30+ years experience and patients who value high-quality care, a desire to keep their teeth for life, and are receptive to well-communicated comprehensive treatment options.

As your confidence and skills develop, you'll have opportunities to expand your clinical scope into:

Implant dentistry

Molar endodontics

Crown and bridge

Orthodontics

Comprehensive restorative dentistry

Surgical extractions

Full-mouth rehabilitation

Airway dentistry, including snoring and sleep apnoea

The aim isn't to throw you into procedures you're not ready for.

It's to progressively develop your confidence and capability so that your clinical scope grows year on year.

Every week, you'll have the opportunity to review cases and discuss:

Diagnosis

Treatment planning

Communication

Case presentation

What you could have done differently

What you should consider next time

You'll also have the opportunity to observe advanced procedures, including full-mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, surgical extractions and airway dentistry.

And we'll help you develop the most important skills to performing comprehensive dentistry: Communication.

Because being able to diagnose a problem is one thing.

Being able to explain it clearly, build patient Trust and understanding while confidently communicating the true value of the ideal treatment is another.

Our goal is to help you develop both.

What you'll have around you

You will have experienced, well-trained nurses and a long-established hygiene department supporting your patient care.

You'll also have access to the diagnostic equipment needed to properly assess increasingly complex cases, including:

Clinical microscope

CBCT

OPG

Lateral cephalometric imaging

But the equipment isn't the opportunity.

What matters is what you can learn and what you can ultimately do for your patients because you have these resources around you.

Who we're looking for

You will ideally have around 5 years' private practice experience and be:

Confident and independent with general dentistry

Interested in comprehensive dentistry

Committed to learning and growing throughout your career

Keen to develop your treatment planning skills

Interested in expanding your clinical scope

Open to honest case discussion and feedback

Interested in developing your communication and case presentation skills

Comfortable working independently while valuing collaboration

Looking for a long-term dental home rather than simply another position

The opportunity

3 days initially, with the opportunity to grow to 4 days.

The days will include a combination of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

We offer a tiered contractor remuneration structure, allowing your earning capacity to grow as your productivity, confidence and clinical capability develop.
