Job Summary

Manage full-cycle HR functions and manpower planning for construction projects, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and onboard project supervisors, local staff, and foreign construction workers while aligning with management on site manpower quotas and allocations.

Review monthly payroll for a large volume of local and foreign site personnel, ensuring strict adherence to the Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations for Work Permits, SPasses, and Employment Passes via the myMOM Portal (WPOL/EP eService), alongside dormitory coordination.

Manage and resolve mediation between employees and statutory board in accordance to MOM regulations.

Manage disciplinary proceedings, handle worker grievances, and resolve accommodation or on-site operational conflicts.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with employment laws

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3 to 5 years of HR experience in construction or industrial sectors

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and work pass procedures

Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
