Project Engineer | Mon–Fri FIFO

Fly from Brisbane Airport on Monday and return home Friday, with flights, accommodation and meals included. You’ll receive a competitive package, gain genuine major-project exposure and still keep your weekends free.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of your work fronts across a technically varied road infrastructure project, with exposure to roadworks, structures, earthworks, drainage and associated civil packages.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and daily site activities
• Managing short-term planning, programming and key milestones
• Monitoring costs, productivity, forecasts and variations
• Preparing and managing ITPs, RFIs and quality documentation
• Ensuring works meet TMR, safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Working closely with Supervisors, Senior Engineers and Project Managers
• Identifying issues early and keeping delivery moving

About You

You’ll be a site-focused Project Engineer who enjoys being close to the work and taking responsibility for delivery.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Project Engineer experience across roads or major civil infrastructure
• TMR project experience
• Strong subcontractor and work-front management capability
• Experience across cost control, forecasting, QA and programming
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to commit to the Monday-to-Friday FIFO arrangement
