Description

• Month-end, quarter-end and end of financial year global reporting calendar
• Perform analysis on actual trade results including provision management commentary and insights.
• Perform and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations including investigation for open and aged items through to resolution.
• Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement projects
• Partner with audit teams (internal, statutory, SOX, compliance) ensuring their work is completed efficiently, and findings are promptly and adequately addressed
• Assist with preparation of statutory disclosure as required

Profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA/CPA qualification
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience leading 1-2 direct reports highly regarded
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to challenge existing processes, be curious!
• Demonstrated industry experience, 3-5 years post qual ideal
• An ability to thrive amidst an environment of transformation and at times uncertainty
