This is a great opportunity to join a community-based mental health OT provider supporting adults across Perth. The service operates with a mobile, remote-first model, meaning your caseload is built around your local area and your admin can be completed from home.
You’ll work with adults experiencing a range of mental health and psychosocial presentations, delivering trauma-informed, recovery-focused OT supports through the NDIS.
This role would suit an OT who enjoys working independently, values flexibility and wants to be part of a mature, supportive team that trusts clinicians to manage their work properly.

About the Role:
You’ll support an adult mental health caseload across community settings, with most visits based close to your home address.
The role includes functional capacity assessments, psychosocial assessments, therapy planning and recovery-oriented interventions. You’ll work closely with clients to support independence, participation, emotional wellbeing and meaningful daily routines.
Admin, reporting and documentation can be completed from home, with support available from senior clinicians and the broader team.
Caseload Focus Presentations may include:
- Depression and anxiety
- PTSD and complex trauma
- Personality disorder
- Substance use
- Bipolar disorder
- Schizoaffective disorder
- Forensic backgrounds, where relevant
- Psychosocial disability under the NDIS
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering trauma-informed OT supports to adults in the community
- Completing functional and psychosocial assessments
- Providing recovery-focused therapy and intervention
- Supporting clients to build independence and participation
- Completing NDIS documentation, reports and therapy planning
- Managing admin and reports from home
- Working autonomously while staying connected with the team
- Collaborating with senior clinicians, the Clinical Director and other supports where needed
About the Team:
You’ll be joining a team of 7 Occupational Therapists with a practical, supportive and collaborative culture.
The team understands the importance of autonomy, but also provides regular supervision, onboarding and clinical support so you are not left to manage complex work alone.
This is a strong fit for an OT who wants independence in their week, but still values having experienced clinicians around them.

- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
