You'll work alongside experienced senior lawyers, including Accredited Specialists, while gaining exposure to quality transactions, direct client contact and increasing responsibility for your own matters.

About the Role

You'll work across a broad mix of Property & Commercial matters, including:

Property acquisitions and disposals

Commercial and retail leasing

Property development matters

Drafting and negotiating contracts

Property due diligence

Business sales and acquisitions

Commercial contracts and agreements

PEXA transactions and settlements

Direct client advisory work

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own matters with support while continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills.

About You

You'll ideally have:

Around 3+ years’ PAE in Property and/or Commercial Law

Experience across property transactions and leasing

Strong drafting and contract review skills

Confidence dealing directly with clients

A practical and commercially minded approach
