We're a locally owned fabrication business delivering projects across Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas, Defence, Remote Housing, and Commercial Industries throughout the NT.

We're looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Receptionist who enjoys being the go-to person in a busy office and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing our front desk, phones, emails, and customer enquiries

• Supporting invoicing, payments, and administration processes

• Coordinating appointments and assisting with project workflows

• Maintaining accurate records, filing, and office organisation

• Helping create a professional and welcoming experience for customers and visitors

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reception or administration role

• Experience in a similar industry is highly regarded but not essential

• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems

• Experience with Xero (or similar software) highly regarded

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A reliable, self-motivated person who can work independently and use initiative

• Confident managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
