This position is based in Rockingham, Perth.

Accountabilities

Prepare project documents, reports, minutes and guidance material as required by the Project Manager

Maintain and update project TECHNICAL records, registers and databases

Maintain and update project SAFETY records, registers and databases

Provide general administrative and technical support to the project team when required

Assist in procurement and asset management supporting the Commercial Administrator

Assist in the development of improved workflows, processes and work instructions that support the project

Provide or assist in training others on the new workflows, processes and systems

Lead/Support, implement and adhere to H&S policies and procedures

Lead/Support the culture that supports and maintains PMP management

Promote a safe working environment

Promote working practices and a culture of safe behaviours and attitudes

Requirements

Proven project administration experience in Technical / Communications project team within a small to medium organisation with strong levels of judgment and discretion

Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email software, Power Point, SharePoint and Visio

Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy and confidentiality

Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills

Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload particularly as the team are based in different locations

Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks is proactive with a strong attention to detail

Influencing and negotiation skills

Ability to perform & contribute within a team environment

Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management & Clients

Flexibility within role being able to adjust to any given task or situation

Australian Citizen

Desirable

Technical Tertiary qualification

Current AFP Police Check, NV1 clearance & DCAC, or the ability to obtain
