Key Responsibilities
Deal table games and ensure smooth gameplay
Provide professional customer service
Monitor tables and track player activity
Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations
Explain game rules and promotions to patrons
Handle pay outs accurately
Support ad-hoc duties
Requirements
GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
No experience required (training provided)
