M & E Coordinator

Job Description:

· Coordinate all M&E (Mechanical Electrical) works on site to ensure smooth project execution

· Review M&E drawings, specifications and shop drawings before implementation

· Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, architects and the project team to resolve technical issues

· Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are carried out according to project schedule and quality standard

· Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements

· Attend site coordination meeting and prepare progress updates

· Coordinate testing & commissioning (T&C),inspections and handover documentation.

· To ensure all M&E installations comply with contract specifications and statutory requirements

· Assist in resolve site clashes and coordinate with structural and architectural works

· To manage project and ensure successful completion as well as handover of projects to the Clients

· Other Duties as assigned by Project Director/Project Manager

Requirements:

· At least 2 years of working experience with Main Contractor / Builder in the related field is required for this position

· 6 days work week

· Good Personality , Responsible, Able to meet Deadline, Good Team Player

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree Certificate, Diploma in Construction management or equivalent

· Out-spoken with good presentation skills, knowledge of Chinese and English

· Well versed in Auto Cad

· Must be well versed with submission sequence and requirement to authority (NEA/PUB/SP)

· Salary Range – S$3,200.00 to S$4,200.00 depending on qualifications and experience
