Responsibilities
Source and purchase materials, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders (POs) according to project requirements and budget.
Request and compare quotations from suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
Process orders from project teams and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain and update PO records, supplier information, and material specifications using company systems.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate orders and resolve purchasing issues.
Monitor inventory levels and purchase materials for stock replenishment when required.
Track price changes, negotiate payment terms, and identify cost-saving alternatives to improve profitability.
Attend project and kick-off meetings while supporting ad-hoc administrative and procurement duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidate with 1 year purchasing experience in interior design firm are welcome to apply.
