Requirements:

At least 5 years working experience as Trust Administrator

Responsibilities:

Assist in providing administrative support / services as well as solutions meeting the needs for the Company and the Group.

Assist in creating, formatting, and proofread documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.

Transcript of voice recording of meetings / phone conferences.

Draft, review & comments emails / agreements / documents for Executive director’s consideration.

Comfortable to identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.

Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.

Record and monitor deadlines, update status and tracking internal database / reports of relevant tasks / project assigned.

Administer and maintain databases / files; renaming, reorganizing, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digitally).

Assist in office management.

Carry out other ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by Executive Director
