But momentum creates pressure. Every new referral adds volume, and the founder needs space to do what he does best: build partnerships, grow the brand, and pursue the opportunities that will define the next chapter. That’s where you come in.

They’re looking for a smart, switched-on Associate ready to step into a hands-on role and grow into something bigger. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love unpacking detail, and want a clear path to operations leadership, this could be it.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the Principal and Credit Manager, taking ownership of responsibilities so they can focus on high-impact growth activities.

Review, reconcile, and interpret client documents, especially for self-employed borrowers.

Build cashflows and group structures from financials, trust deeds, and company searches.

Liaise with lenders, prepare discussion papers, and summarise policy-driven recommendations.

Write clear, compliant client documents and supporting application forms.

Manage lender submissions from pre-approval through to settlement.

Communicate with clients throughout the loan process.

Take ownership of the inbox and operational workflows within your first month.

Contribute to refining end-to-end processes for both complex and PAYG clients.

About you

You’re not just looking to process deals. You want to understand them. You’re curious, proactive, and keen to be part of something scaling quickly. You value structure but can operate without a rulebook, and you thrive when trusted with real responsibility.

Must-haves:

Some experience in credit analysis within a mortgage or finance broking environment.

Fundamentals of lending calculations, policy interpretation, and compliance.

Experience using mortgage CRMs and aggregator platforms.

High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.

Motivation to step into a genuine growth journey, not just fill a seat.

Nice-to-haves:

Exposure to multi-lender strategies or commercial and self-employed lending.

Understanding of group structures and entity roles.

Availability during end-of-year trading periods, or flexibility around extended leave.
