About the Role

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal / Group Service Manager, you will oversee a team of Service Advisors, Technicians and Apprentices, ensuring the department meets budgeted gross and net profit targets while delivering exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department
• Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop
• Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
• Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met
• Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.
