A respected financial services organization, entrusted with billions in assets under management across its client base, is on the lookout for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its trustee operations team. It's a genuinely engaging way into the industry — getting close-up exposure to how investment funds are put together, governed and kept on track day to day, while picking up a skill set that's increasingly sought after across funds and financial services more broadly.

The Opportunity

As Senior Associate, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of trustee services — from fund establishment and transaction execution through to trustee oversight and broader fund administration. You'll manage more complex mandates directly, coordinate across a wider range of stakeholders, and bring sound judgement to process and governance decisions as they come up.

What you'll be doing

Supporting fund establishment, onboarding and implementation — including trust deed and information memoranda review, and coordinating stakeholders to hit key milestones

Processing and reviewing Proper Instructions and related trustee activity, including transaction documentation and settlement execution

Monitoring funds against governing documents and regulatory requirements, and supporting compliance reviews, incident registers and audits

Maintaining accurate trustee records, contributing to process improvement, and guiding junior team members as you progress

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in commerce, law, finance, accounting or a related discipline is preferred

Experience in financial services, funds management, trustee services or trust administration is advantageous — as is exposure to alternative assets

Strong attention to detail, professional communication, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a compliance-heavy environment
