Handling general desk enquiries

Answering phones and email's

Checking guests In and Out

Liaising with other staff departments through out the day

Make, Cancel or Amend Bookings

Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in the front office

Watching all closed common areas overnight

Enforcing quiet time policy from 10PM
