This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving complex customer enquiries, and working across multiple business functions to ensure exceptional service delivery. The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and expectations are consistently exceeded. You'll work closely with teams across operations, logistics, sales and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to customers and internal stakeholders across a range of enquiries.
• Manage customer orders from processing through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, taking ownership through to completion..
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, customer operations or order management.
• Experience using Excel, SAP and/or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience within retail, FMCG, supply chain or logistics environments will be highly regarded.
