About the role

Join our dynamic team at Fartech Engineering Pte Ltd as a System Integrator Programmer. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for integrating complex industrial systems and automating processes to drive efficiency and productivity. Based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, you will be a crucial part of our Engineering department, contributing to the strategic goals of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement custom software solutions to integrate various industrial systems and technologies

Automate manufacturing and production workflows to optimise efficiency and reduce operational costs

Troubleshoot and maintain existing control systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Document processes, create user manuals, and provide training to operational teams

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve systems and processes

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration, automation, or industrial programming

Proficient in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, OPP, or Structured Text (Prefer Beckhoff PLC Programming)

Strong understanding of industrial control systems, communication protocols, and SCADA software

Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Experience in project management and working in a collaborative team environment
