Jobs description:

Provide customer service support through phone and emails.

Prepare shipping documents and handle import/ export documentation.

Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery

Process invoices promptly and accurately

Ensure import/ export operations run smoothly and comply with SOP

In-house software training will be provided

Requirements:

Preferably experience in shipping industry

Good communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
