At BHAC, we recognise that employment pathways are not only shaped by work readiness, but also by broader social and emotional wellbeing factors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A minimum of 6-12 months practical experience in case management, compliance or participant servicing

The beauty and challenge of remote community work

Working in Maningrida offers the opportunity to be part of something meaningful. This is a role grounded in community, culture and practical impact.

In return, it offers strong relationships, a genuine sense of purpose, furnished housing support, and the chance to contribute directly to employment outcomes that matter.

For the right person, this is a career-shaping opportunity to support local people into work, strengthen employer partnerships and contribute to a more practical, community-led employment services model.
