About the role
This role reports to the Head of IT. You will install, configure, and maintain end-user computing devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. You will respond promptly to user inquiries and service requests via ticketing system, email, or phone, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain end-user computing devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
Respond promptly to user inquiries and service requests via ticketing system, email, or phone, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment and systems, including sound systems, projectors, screens, and microphones
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentations on installation, deployment, and inventory checklists
Manage hardware inventory and software licensing allocations including asset check-in, check-out, disposal, tagging, naming and registration in Asset Management System
Perform annual asset verification exercise
Provide e-exams logistic support including packing e-exams items, checking usability of e-exams items, testing e-exams backup wi-fi and testing walkie-talkie
Provide support at the Bar Exams as e-proctor
Assist in any other End User Computing related projects as assigned
About you
Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
2 - 3 years of IT-related working experience in supporting Windows 10 & 11 OS, Macintosh OS, IOS, Android, Microsoft 365 services, and other common desktop applications
Prior working experience in technical support role (end user device support)
Good interpersonal skills to handle internal and external users and/or situations
Keen to learn and a good team worker
