5.25 Days Work Week: Mondays – Fridays, 9.00am – 5.30pm | Alternate Saturday, 9.00am – 1.00pm

A leading global MNC logistics company is seeking an Air Freight Operations Executive to join its growing team and support daily customer service and shipment operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer correspondence via calls and emails
Verify customer documents against physical cargo and export permit declarations
Arrange cargo collection and coordinate with freight management for flight bookings
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
Prepare daily and monthly shipment reports for customers and overseas counterparts
Prepare monthly billing reports and ensure accurate billing to customers
Liaise with internal departments and overseas counterparts to resolve customer enquiries and issues
Job Requirements:
Min. GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
Knowledge or experience in freight forwarding preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
