We're looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join a high-performing team where payroll is valued as a critical business function, not just an administrative process.

• Payroll matters here - You'll be part of an organisation that understands the importance of accurate, compliant, and employee-focused payroll services for an 800+ weekly payroll.

• a base salary ranging from $102,118 per annum with competency-based increments up to $117,528 per annum, plus 12% super
  70-hour, 9 day fortnight

We are seeking:

• Degree in Business or other relevant discipline
• Proven payroll leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and best practice
• Experience leading payroll teams and fostering a positive team culture
• A passion for accuracy, customer service, and continuous improvement
• The confidence to build strong relationships across the organisation
• A proactive mindset and desire to make a meaningful impact

Where it's located:

This position is based in Murwillumbah and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
