The Company
Join a boutique independent agency in the Northern Beaches corridor, specialising in premium properties and servicing a loyal high-end clientele.

Their beautiful residential office offers a warm, homely feel and a relaxed, friendly working environment where both staff and clients feel at ease.

The Role
• Mostly office-based role with your own dedicated reception desk • Handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and managing key releases • Highly administration-focused position, including processing applications and completing tenant references • Rostered weekend home opens approximately once per month • Weekend hours accrued as time in lieu the following week or banked with annual leave
What We’re Looking For
• No experience or registration required — perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door in Property Management • Confident communicator with a polished and professional approach • Must have a reliable car for rostered home opens • Friendly, down-to-earth, patient and able to have a laugh with the team • Self-motivated, proactive and someone who leads by example • Keen to grow long-term within a boutique, supportive and people-focused business • Best suited to someone who will thrive in a social, energetic and collaborative team environment
