Summary:
Basic up to $6000 + Bonus

Location: subject to projects

Job Scope:
Supervise subcontractors to ensure work follows approved drawings, materials, and method statements.
Coordinate with authorities, contractors, and clients on drawings, materials, and samples.
Review designs to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural, and client requirements.
Manage projects to meet deadlines and attend meetings to update progress and address issues.
Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to quality standards and procedures.
Job Requirement:
Candidates with Fire Protection OR relevant experiences from Construction M&E industry are welcome to apply
