About the role
We specialise in Strength Training for members aged 35 and above - we focus on personal training, small-group training, and creating a welcoming community where every member feels supported while training at our very own all-ladies pink gym at Pasir Panjang. We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching people, is people-oriented, and is equally comfortable with daily gym operations and creating engaging social media content aligned with our niche brand.
Key responsibilities
Conduct 1-to-1 Personal Training sessions
Conduct small group fitness classes (minimum 3 pax to 6 pax max)
Perform fitness assessments
Monitor members' progress
Provide motivation and accountability
Maintain a safe and positive training environment
Welcome members and visitors
Manage daily opening and closing of the gym
Schedule bookings using the booking system
Answer customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and social media
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach
Passion for health and fitness
Excellent communication skills
People-friendly, energetic and approachable personality
Comfortable working in a ladies-only gym environment
Willing to coach and also perform operational duties
Basic computer skills
Personal Training certification (ACE, FISAF, NASM, ISSA, NCSF, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent recognised certification) preferred
CPR + AED certification valid
Experience conducting group classes preferred
