About The Opportunity

This is a hands on technical role for someone who wants to see their 3D modelling and design work turn into real, energy efficient window and door systems. You'll be at the centre of the design and delivery process, working across drawings, product support, and stakeholder communication. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for windows, doors, and building façade systems
• Helping staff and customers choose the right products, resolve issues, and answer technical questions
• Managing quotes, orders, and test results, plus organising and summarising product compliance documentation
• Liaising with Architects, Builders, Designers, and other stakeholders on product and project needs
• Supporting new product development, building prototypes, and tracking tools and dies across all projects
• Maintaining product manuals and technical documentation

About You

This role calls for someone confident working across both 2D and 3D platforms, with strong SolidWorks/Inventor experience essential. The successful candidate will have:

• Proven 3D modelling capability in SolidWorks or Inventor, along with solid AutoCAD (2D) skills
• Minimum 3 years' industry experience in the building industry or industrial design
• The ability to accurately read and interpret architectural drawings and reports
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a valid Driver's Licence
• Experience in technical writing, with the ability to create, update, and maintain clear documentation
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities
