Lead major retirement living and property transactions with one of Melbourne's most respected Property Law practices in a people-first firm

Working closely with Accredited Property Specialists, you'll advise an impressive client base across a diverse range of retirement living and commercial property development matters. you'll play a key role advising on sophisticated property matters, including:

• Retirement living acquisitions, disposals and development projects
• Commercial, industrial, retail and residential property transactions
• Leasing and major development agreements
• Due diligence and strategic property advice
• Managing matters from inception through to completion

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate (5+ years PAE) looking to continue developing their expertise in the rapidly growing retirement living sector, while continuing to work across broader commercial property and development transactions.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Demonstrated background practicing in Property Law and specific experience in retirement village developments
• Experience across acquisitions, disposals and leasing
• Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills
• Confidence managing matters and building client relationships
