About the role

Recruitment/Training Executive position in a licensed Security Guards Agency established since 2003, supplying security personnel and security systems to clients in shopping malls, factories, office buildings, schools, and other facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfil manpower requirements of allocated sites by planning attractive advertisements and deploying all available recruitment channels including social media
• Design attractive recruitment posters, brochures, and e-marketing materials to attract candidates; plan job fairs and other recruitment activities
• Implement and organise recruitment activities to select Security Officers/Supervisors to meet manpower requirements
• Prepare employment letters and resumes for selected candidates
• Coordinate with Operations Managers regarding manpower requirements and answer enquiries on HR related issues including MOM regulations and pay calculations
• Update personnel records, track employees' yearly medical check-up schedules, send employees for various courses, and coordinate with training vendors and Operations Managers
• Counsel staff for performance matters; issue warning letters or termination letters
• Conduct employee feedback exercises and suggest improvement plans
• Assist in preparation of ISO audits and various audits
• Perform other HR/Admin/Compliance related duties as required

About you

• Degree or Diploma in any field; preferably in HRM or related discipline
• Good experience in recruitment functions
• Prior experience working in recruitment agency as recruitment consultants or in charge of recruitment functions within an organization preferred
• Good organisation skills and able to relate to people from all levels
• Resourceful and creative in finding ways to recruit security personnel
• Versatile and able to perform multi-task
• Prepared to take responsibilities and initiatives
