We are looking for someone with:

• A strong understanding of the local retail environment
• Proven recruitment experience (high volume end to end)
• Experience preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation
• The ability to maintain and update employee data within our HRIS and Time & Attendance systems
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Ability to provide HR sound advice and guidance in accordance with the General Retail Award and (this is a bonus, not essential)
