About the Role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead the Bondi Junction store, reporting directly to the Area Manager. You'll be responsible for creating an engaging customer experience, developing a high-performing team and driving commercial success, while maintaining the premium standards the brand is known for.

This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, coaching their team and building strong customer relationships. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a store with significant growth potential and planned investment over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.

About You

• Previous Store Management experience within premium, specialty or consultative retail.
• A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire a retail team.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• A customer-first approach with the ability to create memorable in-store experiences.
• Confidence leading from the shop floor and setting the standard for your team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive leadership style that balances accountability with genuine care for your team.
• A proactive approach to learning, development and continuous improvement.
