The opportunity

You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of private groups, multinational organisations and listed businesses across a broad range of industries. The role offers an excellent balance of compliance and advisory work, with the opportunity to gain exposure to complex and commercially interesting matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and reviewing income tax returns, tax effect accounting and related compliance work

Providing corporate tax advice to a varied client portfolio

Assisting with restructures, transactions, tax governance and international tax matters

Managing client relationships and becoming a trusted adviser

Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Working closely with experienced Partners and senior leaders

Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice

Requirements

You will ideally have:

Experience in Corporate Tax within a professional services firm

Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, law or a related discipline

CA, CPA or CTA qualifications, or be working towards them

Strong technical and analytical skills

A commercial mindset and genuine interest in advisory work

Excellent communication and relationship building skills
