Exergy is a newly established TGA licensed manufacturing facility located in South West Sydney, manufacturing complementary medicines in tablet, capsule and powder formats.

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Associate to support the Quality function, specifically focusing on:

Sampling

IPQC

Management of batch records

The Quality Assurance Associate will report directly to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for helping form, embed and maintain our quality systems to ensure compliance with PIC/S guidelines.

This is an on-site role in Smeaton Grange.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Sampling raw materials and finished goods

IPQC

Prepare, create and review batch documentation

Maintain document control

Assist with root cause analysis investigations of deviations and OOS results

Maintain site calibration program

Assist with internal audits as required

Maintain retention store system for raw materials and finished products

Qualifications/Skills:

Tertiary qualification in pharmaceutical sciences

Minimum 3 years QA/QC experience in pharmaceutical or complementary medicine

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Prerequisites:

Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen with the current right to work in Australia

Based in Sydney
