Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a consistent presence through regular client site visits
• Efficiently fill high volume client job orders.
• Create and manage employee rosters based on client requirements.
• Conduct client site visits on a regular basis.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through proactive client liaison and account management.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including on-boarding, performance management, and terminations.
• Address employee issues related to payroll and workplace health & safety (WHS) with professionalism and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and casual employees.
• Foster a positive rapport and collaborative work environment
• Perform necessary administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Experience in similar role or enviroment is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities
• Confident and friendly phone manner
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Computer literate with proficiency in relevant systems
• Ability to thrive in a small, highly efficient team environment
