Ozlink Facility Services is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Periodical Cleaning Supervisors who can lead their own team and deliver high-quality commercial cleaning projects across SEQ.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, working on different sites, and taking ownership of projects.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and supervise your own cleaning team.

Complete specialised commercial cleaning projects to a high standard.

Organise staff, equipment and job schedules.

Ensure all work is completed safely and on time.

Maintain excellent communication with Operations and clients.

Complete job reports using our mobile systems.

Essential Requirements

✅ Previous commercial cleaning supervisory experience.
✅ Ability to lead and motivate a team.
✅ Current Australian Driver Licence.
✅ Available to work every Saturday (essential).
✅ Willing to work day and night shifts as required.
✅ White Card (preferred).
✅ EWP, Working at Heights or similar tickets are an advantage.
✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
