Inventory / Stock Controller (Warehouse Administration) | Darra QLD
Job Summary
Step into a high-impact inventory role where accuracy in SAP and Excel directly supports a busy distribution operation. This position exists to keep stock integrity tight across the warehouse and 3PL admin support, with ownership of cycle counts, adjustments, and day-to-day inventory problem solving. It will suit someone who enjoys being the go-to person for stock accuracy, data quality, and process follow-through.

• $52.20 per hour on day shift with consistent weekday hours
• Stable Monday to Friday roster: 7:00am to 3:00pm
• Hands-on ownership of stock integrity across inventory adjustments, investigations, and cycle counts

Key Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts, investigating variances, and driving stock corrections through SAP
• Manage stock adjustments and data entry, ensuring clean, audit-ready records and timely updates
• Provide inventory and stock admin support for 3PL activity, including resolving stock queries and exceptions
• Assist with operational coordination as needed, including supporting drivers with relevant paperwork or stock-related queries
• Identify issues early, troubleshoot, and follow through until the root cause is understood and addressed
• Requirements
• Proven experience in warehouse administration and inventory or stock control
• Intermediate to advanced SAP skills (essential)
• Strong Excel capability, confident working with data and reconciling discrepancies
• Solid Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to question variances and incomplete information

Reality check: while office-based, you will need to be comfortable going into the warehouse to complete cycle counts and working around dangerous goods chemicals, from low level through to flammable
