Our client is a residential builder who focus on quality single storey homes, making first home builders dreams a reality. They have an extremely solid reputation in the WA market as an industry leader. This business are looking to take on an Estimator, this is a newly created role to work with an experienced & encouraging team.

The candidate required for this position ideally has 3-4 + years experience in Estimating residential homes. This role includes both sales and prestart estimating.

Personal skills:

• Good communication skills, ability to liaise verbally and electronically with designers, engineers, contractors and supervisors.
• Strong time management skills
• Accuracy with figures and numbers
• Must enjoy working in a small, diverse team environment
• Ability to work whilst under pressure when experiencing tight deadlines
• Strong team player
• Strong IT skills
