We are seeking a Compliance Lead who is ready to step into a pivotal role, ensuring best practices in compliance, risk management, and quality assurance across all facets of the RTO. About the Role:

As the RTO Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for driving compliance excellence, mitigating risks, and implementing proactive strategies that align with national regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure quality and compliance across all facets of the organisation while staying ahead of legislative and statutory developments. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Compliance Excellence: Review and report on adherence to regulatory standards across all functional areas.

Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify current risks, develop mitigation strategies, and future-proof compliance practices.

Quality Assurance Leadership: Oversee internal teams and project groups to ensure training practices meet top-tier regulatory requirements.

Contract & Reporting Oversight: Ensure funding contracts and reporting practices meet compliance standards.

Audit Readiness & Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular internal audits and ensure the organisation remains audit-ready.

Technology & Innovation: Advocate for the use of cutting-edge technology, including AI, to streamline compliance and enhance efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work with executive teams and key stakeholders to flag potential risks and drive best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance or a senior role within an RTO.

Strong knowledge of ASQA standards and regulatory requirements.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to compliance monitoring.

Confidence in presenting findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

A proactive, results-driven professional with a high level of accountability.
